We are seeking an experienced Microsoft .NET Developer who is passionate about building high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy robust .NET applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software applications.

  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled IT Level 1 Onsite Support person to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients throughout Australia.

Location: Australia and New Zealand

Job Description:

As an IT Level 1 Onsite Support Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support to clients for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Assist with the setup and support of network equipment and connectivity issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems.
  • Document and track issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams for complex issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of client requests and incidents.
  • Educate clients on best practices and provide basic training on IT systems and software.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
